Sarah Beatty

Sarah was appointed Managing Director of Intact Insurance Channel Islands in August 2025, following nearly 21 years of dedicated service to the company. Prior to her current role, she served as Commercial Director, where she worked closely with brokers across the Channel Islands, building strong relationships and deep market insight.

Her extensive knowledge of the Channel Islands insurance landscape, unwavering commitment to customer service, and passion for broker collaboration make her the ideal leader to guide the company into its next chapter as Intact Insurance.

A strong advocate for the broker community, Sarah understands the unique challenges and opportunities they face. She is also a former President of the Insurance Institute of Guernsey and remains deeply committed to raising the profile of the insurance sector across the islands. Sarah actively champions initiatives that highlight the exciting career paths available to school and college leavers within the local industry.
