Our Apprenticeship Programme at Intact Insurance is designed to fast-track your learning experience to become Dip CII qualified within 3 ½ years, supported by a blended approach to learning with a mixture of work based study, online and distance learning. Gain skills and qualifications without any study debt as all your tuition and professional memberships are paid for by us. Earn while you learn and build a meaningful career in a supportive and dynamic environment. No prior knowledge of insurance is required!

What You Can Expect

Duration:
Our Apprenticeship Programme covers 3½ years

Location:
Guernsey or Jersey (with potential for hybrid working)

Next Cohort:
Summer 2026 (choose when you start in July, August or September)

Learning & Development

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals while completing recognised CII qualifications in your chosen field. Our programme combines:

On-the-job training
Classroom-based learning (in partnership with accredited training providers)
Online learning with the CII
Study buddy, internal mentorship and coaching
Access to internal workshops and networking events

Apprenticeship Pathways

We offer apprenticeships in several areas, including:

Claims
Underwriting
Operations, IT & Administration

Each pathway includes tailored training and development plans to help you grow into a confident, capable professional.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from individuals who are:

Aged 16+
Enthusiastic about learning and personal growth
Able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
Have achieved (or are predicted to achieve) relevant qualifications (e.g., GCSEs A-C or 4-9 inc Maths & English or A-levels)
