Sara Hawker’s project with the Guernsey Multi-Disciplinary Team Feeding Clinic will enhance early specialist support for children with complex feeding needs and equip families with practical guidance and reassurance. By investing in specialist feeding, sensory and postural assessment tools and developing structured equipment trial pathways, it aims to improve nutritional and mealtime outcomes, reduce stress for carers, and strengthen confidence in local services - supporting better health, early intervention, and family wellbeing across the Bailiwick.

Ben and Frances’ project ‘The ADHD Journey Hub’ will co-produce tailored resources with children, young people, and families to meet local needs. By engaging service users and expert-by-experience groups, it aims to reduce stigma, empower the ADHD community, and encourage acceptance and understanding - supporting better education, mental health, and family wellbeing across the Bailiwick.

Ruby's project proposed using resources and games to meet the Sexual Health needs of young people who may not ordinarily engage in mainstream services through educative work, relationship building and clinical work around contraception and sexually transmitted infections. It sets out to prevent harmful sexual behaviours and promote sexual wellbeing.

Nicola and Hayley’s ‘Step Forward’ initiative aims to encourage patients discharged from hospital to be motivated to become more mobile by the use of a pedometer. The scheme will monitor service user mobility levels through steps taken and track progress, providing valuable feedback to both the patient and HSC and allow patients to see how much progress they are making.
