Investing in people and education

We believe in supporting the next generation of talent. Through our annual Apprenticeship Programme, we invest in young people with great potential who are pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate study. Apprentices gain hands-on experience, professional qualifications, and mentoring from experienced insurance professionals - helping them launch successful careers.

Community Support Programme

Through our community support programme, we contribute to initiatives across education, arts, sport, environment, and charitable causes - supporting what matters most to our people, brokers, and customers.

Supporting Health & Social Care

Since 1991, our health and social care bursary has been the only awards scheme in the Bailiwick dedicated to improving health and wellbeing. Each year, HSC staff are invited to submit ideas to enhance health or social care provision, with winning projects receiving funding and recognition.
